Joan is a fourth generation California native and has been a Real Estate Agent and Investor since 1999. She has represented sellers and buyers in West LA (1999-2004) and in Orange County. In addition to homes, Joan specializes in residential income property. She values her client's success, and strives constantly for the win-win solution. Joan has lived in Dana Point since 2004. She is SFR Certified with the National Association of Realtors. As your agent, Joan is efficient, organized and is always looking to get you the best deal possible.

Joan is the current President of her Toastmasters club as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Local Southern California Multiple Listing Service.

Prior to her Real Estate Career, Joan worked in Marketing, worked as a Business Coach, and taught Yoga. Joan graduated from Yale University in New Haven, CT with Distinction in the major of Psychology (1995).

Daniel, a Southern California Native has been a Realtor since 1997. He has represented both buyers and sellers in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Orange counties. He currently resides in Dana Point California specializing single-family and condominiums.
